White Letter Hairstreak found at Downhead

Our local butterfly recorder, Mark Fletcher, has confirmed that he found 3 White-Letter Hairstreak eggs on elm at Downhead. The nearest place to see White-letter Hairstreaks (in Somerset) is Great Breach wood and Copley wood besides Hurcott, Littleton and Compton Dundon. For more information see:
